The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our AI is highly advanced, ResuMatch AI does not guarantee:

• That the use of our tool will result in a job offer or an interview.
• That our scores perfectly mirror every specific ATS configuration used by employers.
• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall ResuMatch AI, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
