ResuMatch AI uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze your resume. This processing is performed to:

• Generate ATS compatibility scores.
• Provide specific suggestions for keyword improvement.
• Identify formatting errors that may hinder machine reading.

3. Data Storage & Retention

We prioritize "Privacy by Design":

• No Permanent Storage: Unless you explicitly create an account to save your progress, your uploaded resumes are processed in-memory and deleted shortly after your session ends.
• No Sale of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or resume content to third-party recruiters or data brokers.

4. Security Standards

We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

• SSL/TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of any data we might hold. Since we default to a "no-storage" model for guest users, most data is cleared automatically.
